5 Chamber System
Aluplast’s 5-chamber system is designed to maximise thermal efficiency and structural strength. The five internal chambers within the uPVC profiles create effective barriers against heat loss and sound transmission, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort.
24mm Glazing Channel
The standard glazing channel allows a glass unit of 24mm deep with potential for 44mm available if required.
Extensive Colour Range
White and Cream profile dyes with foils available in matte or woodgrain on darker bases.

The uPVC profile features galvanised Steel reinforcement on the inside chamber for extra durability and strength.
Compression Sealing

Low-Thresholds
Low thresholds are available for sliding doors, and barrier-free thresholds are available for hinged doors to pass NCC requirements.

Restrictors or security screens are required for high up windows in bedrooms and living areas.
Bush Fire Alert Level
BAL 19-40 is achievable with thicker glass and aluminium mesh screens for areas that require certification for bush fire-rated areas.
Aluplast Colour Profiles
Aluplast offers a standard range of colours with a 5-6 week lead time, special colour range with a 10-12 week lead time and custom duo profiles with your choice of internal and external colours with a 16 week lead time.
Coloured uPVC Profile
These colours run all the way through the profile and have a light gloss-matte finish.

This wrapping serves as a decorative layer, adding colour and matte texture to the profile on a white, dark grey or dark brown base.
