When selecting opening styles and glass types our designers consider the room’s orientation, performance requirements, functionality, and the overall cohesiveness of the home’s design.

We focus heavily on custom design so that your client receives the best outcome for each room in their home.

High Energy Ratings

We are Passivhaus certified and easily meet the 7-star energy rating requirements with low u-values.

Double-glazed uPVC has one of the best energy ratings available, as both the frames and glass are insulated. We can upgrade glass types and opening styles to suit different applications and compliance requirements.

Australian Fabricated WERS Products

At Solace Creations, we have partnered with three esteemed Australian fabricators who supply Australian-tested and certified WERS brands: Aluplast and Deceuninck. These partnerships allow us to offer our clients high-quality, energy-efficient products that are rigorously tested to meet Australian standards.

Our long-term relationships with these fabricators ensure a personalised service, as we work closely with them to deliver customised solutions that meet the specific needs of each project. This collaboration guarantees that our clients receive not only superior products but also exceptional support and expertise throughout the entire process.

Project Management

Order

Once your order has been placed, our Customer Care team manages the process. Your chosen project contact will receive an email notification with delivery dates once the order is processed. Our current lead times are between 4 – 6 weeks, depending on the profile colour.

Delivery Notice

The week before delivery, you receive an email with delivery times, and the office calls your site contact to discuss storage.

Frame Delivery

Our delivery team are professional removalists who will store the frames safely in the designated area.

Frame deliveries usually take place on Monday or Wednesday. The frames are stored upright neatly against a wall.

Site Glazing and Glass Delivery

The glass units are delivered on the day of site glazing and stored upright against a wall. Glass must be stored on a padded surface such as timber, foam, rubber, or cardboard and not directly onto concrete.

Local Service

We provide on-the-ground local service and advice to your builder and client, ensuring that the frames are installed in accordance to the AGWA guidelines.

Compliance

At the end of your project we fit the screens, add motifs and provide the final adjustments. Then a compliance certificate and warranty is issued.
