Types of Service Calls

6-Months Complimentary
If we supplied your windows and doors within the last 6 months, we offer a complimentary service for non-user-error issues, such as adjustments.

Warranty Service
If we supplied your windows and doors over 6 months ago, and you are experiencing an issue covered under warranty, we offer service calls for $88/45 minutes. While faulty glass or parts are covered under warranty, we must charge for our labour. The service call fee is due prior to the booking date; otherwise, the appointment will be postponed. For any time that runs over 45 minutes, you will be charged after the visit.

Maintenance Service
If you would like maintenance work done on your windows and doors we provide a service call of $110/hour to adjust and oil your windows and doors. The service call fee is due prior to the booking date; otherwise, the appointment will be postponed. For any time that runs over the 60 minutes, you will be charged after the visit.

Repair Service
If you have a non-warranty issue, we offer service calls for $110/hour + parts or glass required. The service call fee is due prior to the booking date; otherwise, the appointment will be postponed. For any time that runs over the 60 minutes, you will be charged after the visit.
