She always returned phone calls quickly and was happy to chat thru my questions. She also went above and beyond with helping us sort out finance options. We love our new windows, they have made such a difference!

The Solace Creations team provided us with an excellent and professional service to install new double glazing windows in our old Canberra house. We are very pleased with our new windows which make a huge difference to our home, especially with noise reduction and climate control. After consulting a couple of other companies we went with Solace, and the results were fantastic. Their installation team was polite, professional, and efficient. The salespeople in their showroom helped us find what we actually needed. Most importantly, our house is now much warmer in winter and cooler in summer!

We recently engaged Solace Creation to install a new double glazed sliding door and two windows. After doing a fair bit of research and seeking a number of quotes from other local companies, we settled on Solace because they had both a better product and cheaper prices. Their customer service also turned out to be top notch. Very happy with the installed product and quality of installation. SO much warmer! The whole process went smoothly and was very well organised. We will be returning to Solace as we slowly upgrade our whole glazing system.
